Koneru Lakshmaiah College of Engineering was established in the year 1980, which was made Autonomous in 2006 and into a Deemed University later in 2009. It is now known as Koneru Lakshmaiah University or K L University. K L University is the first institute in the field of engineering education and research in private sector in Andhra Pradesh. Koneru Lakshmaiah University consists of 50 acre campus situated near Vijayawada City, on the banks of the Krishna River. The avenue of trees and gardens in the campus justify the name “Green Fields” of the campus.
KLU is the only private university in Andhra Pradesh to get 6 branches accredited for 5 years. Koneru Lakshmaiah University offers ten different B.Tech programs, B.Com in Accounting and Finance, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Hotel Management and 11 Integrated Dual Degree Programs. KL University Engineering Entrance Examination is an entrance examination conducted by KLU for admission into B.Tech courses of Koneru Lakshmaiah University. The candidates who have been successful in KLUEEE, AIEEE, IIT JEE and EAMCET (in Andhra Pradesh), who have passed their 10+2 or equivalent examination with at least 60% in Group subjects are eligible for admission into B.Tech courses of Koneru Lakshmaiah University.
KLUEEE 2012 was conducted on 5th May, 2012 in KL University campus. KLUEEE results 2012 are going to be announced on 25th May, 2012. The answer key for Koneru Lakshmaiah University Engineering Entrance Examination for all four sets is available on www.kluniversity.in . The candidates who appeared to KLUEEE 2012 can check their results at www.kluniversity.in after the results are declared.
